Enjoy the quiet and idyllic life in the vacation home at the Rösslewald so close to nature. The vacation home is located directly on the edge of the forest, in the immediate vicinity of the Földihospital.The entrance to the hiking trails starts directly at the house and in just a few minutes walk you have reached the pearl of the Black Forest, the center of the climatic health resort Hinterzarten.
Thanks to the Adlerschanze and its successful ski jumpers Georg and Dieter Thoma as well as the Four Hills Tournament winner Sven Hannawald, Hinterzarten has gained world renown. Hinterzarten offers its guests a complete infrastructure with doctors, pharmacies, bakeries, a train station, shopping facilities and excellent gastronomy. The nearest shopping opportunity Beckesepp can be reached comfortably on foot in 5 minutes and a bus stop is also only 2 minutes away on foot.

Black Forest

Freiburg
The city Freiburg im Breisgau is located on the western edge of the Black Forest, making it the southernmost major city in Germany. You can reach the city in about 30 min by car or by train.
The Black Forest metropolis, founded in 1120, owes its very special charm to its historic old town with the "Bächle". The old town with its many small alleys and streets is characterized by its lifestyle. Numerous street cafés invite you to linger and enjoy the atmosphere. The most famous sight, the Freiburg Cathedral, is not to be missed during your visit to Freiburg.
In addition, many half-timbered houses have been preserved to this day and make a stroll through the historic old town very worthwhile.

For relaxation for you and jubilation for the children provides the Badeparadies Schwarzwald in Titisee. Titisee is a neighboring community of Hinterzarten and about 5 min away by car. The circular path around the lake "Titisee" is also a great hike. If you haven't had enough yet, there are numerous lakes waiting for you in the immediate vicinity, such as Schluchsee, which is only about a 20 min drive away.
Also the Triberg waterfalls (about 40 min drive away) are absolutely worth seeing.
The Europapark Rust & the Sealife in Konstanz guarantee the necessary action for young and old. On rainy days, the Fundorena indoor sports park on the Feldberg is the right address.
