The vacation home is located directly on the edge of the forest, in the immediate vicinity of the F\u00f6ldihospital<\/a>.The entrance to the hiking trails starts directly at the house and in just a few minutes walk you have reached the pearl of the Black Forest, the center of the climatic health resort Hinterzarten.<\/p>

Thanks to the Adlerschanze<\/a> and its successful ski jumpers Georg and Dieter Thoma as well as the Four Hills Tournament winner Sven Hannawald, Hinterzarten has gained world renown. Hinterzarten offers its guests a complete infrastructure with doctors, pharmacies, bakeries, a train station, shopping facilities and excellent gastronomy. The nearest shopping opportunity Beckesepp can be reached comfortably on foot in 5 minutes and a bus stop is also only 2 minutes away on foot.<\/p>

The city Freiburg im Breisgau<\/a> is located on the western edge of the Black Forest, making it the southernmost major city in Germany. You can reach the city in about 30 min by car or by train.<\/p>

The Black Forest is characterized by many signposted hiking & mountain bike routes.<\/p>

For relaxation for you and jubilation for the children provides the Badeparadies Schwarzwald<\/a> in Titisee. Titisee ist eine Nachbargemeinde von Hinterzarten und ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt.\u00a0Der Rundweg um den See „Titisee“ bietet sich zudem als tolle Wanderung an. Haben Sie noch nicht genug, so warten zahlreiche Seen in der n\u00e4heren Umgebung auf Sie, wie beispielweise der Schluchsee, der nur ca. 20 min Autofahrt entfernt ist.<\/p>

Also the Triberg waterfalls<\/a> (about 40 min drive away) are absolutely worth seeing.<\/p>
